How downloads work
Instead of paying for every kit separately, you buy a bundle of downloads once, then use them on agents and prompt packs whenever you like. It keeps small purchases cheap and quick.
What things cost
| What you download | Downloads |
|---|---|
| A basic agent (the agent plus one job skill) | 1 |
| A prompt pack | 1 |
| An advanced agent (the agent plus a full set of six or seven skills) | 3 |
| Downloading again something you already own | Free |
Every agent card and Download button shows its cost before you use anything, for example "1 download" or "Advanced · 3 downloads".
Your free download
When you sign in for the first time, you get 1 free download. That covers one basic agent or one prompt pack. An advanced agent needs 3 downloads, so the free download alone isn't enough for one.
Download bundles
| Bundle | Downloads | Price | Per download |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 5 | $5 | $1.00 |
| Most popular | 12 | $10 | about 83¢ |
| Builder | 30 | $20 | about 67¢ |
Prices are in US dollars. Paddle, our payment provider, adds any sales tax due where you live and shows the total before you pay.
Examples
- Try it out: sign in and use your free download on a basic agent. It costs nothing.
- Kit out a small business: a Starter bundle (5 downloads) gets you five basic agents, such as a receptionist, an invoice chaser and a social media manager, or one advanced agent plus two basic ones.
- Go all in: a Builder bundle (30 downloads) gets you ten advanced agents, or any mix.
Good to know
- Downloads never expire.
- Your balance shows in My agents and at the top of the site when you're signed in.
- Choosing All platforms costs the same as one platform.
- If you change an agent in the creator (its name, job, personality or rules), that's a new agent and costs downloads again. Downloading the same agent again is always free.
- Unused downloads can be refunded within 14 days of buying. See Refunds.
- Downloads belong to the email you sign in with, so always use the same one.
