Buying downloads and receipts

Our checkout is run by Paddle, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. That means:

• You pay Paddle, not KitMyAgent directly, and the charge on your statement may mention Paddle.
• Paddle emails your receipt, including any tax. It handles VAT and sales tax for your country.
• Paddle accepts the usual cards and wallets for your country, and shows them at checkout.

Your downloads are added as soon as the payment goes through. If they haven't appeared after a few minutes, see My downloads didn't arrive.
