This policy explains what personal data KitMyAgent collects when you use kitmyagent.com, why, and your rights. We collect as little as we can.

1. Who we are

KitMyAgent is a trading name of Design Fly Media Ltd (company number 09608816), the data controller for your personal data. Address: 2b Derby Road, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire, LE65 2HE. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Contact us about anything in this policy at hello@kitmyagent.com.

We never collect your card details (Paddle handles payment and we never see your card), passwords (there aren't any), or anything from your AI accounts, chats, email or files. KitMyAgent never connects to them.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We use a small number of trusted providers (“processors”) who only use it to provide their service to us:

  • Cloudflare: hosting, security and our database (stored in the EU)
  • Resend: sign-in emails, receipts and the newsletter
  • Google Analytics: website statistics, only with your consent

Payments: our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. When you buy downloads you buy them from Paddle, which collects your payment details, billing address and tax information as an independent controller under its own privacy notice. Paddle tells us your email, what you bought and an order reference so we can add your downloads.

Some of these providers are based in, or may process data in, the USA. Where data leaves the UK, it's protected by approved safeguards such as the UK–US Data Bridge or the ICO's international data transfer agreement.

4. How long we keep it

  • Account data (email, name, agents, downloads): until you delete your account
  • Purchase records: 6 years, as UK tax law requires
  • Sign-in links: 15 minutes
  • Security logs: 30 days
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe (one click in every email)

5. How we protect it

Everything is sent over HTTPS. Data is encrypted at rest. Sign-in links work once and expire quickly. Your session cookie can't be read by scripts. Access to our systems is limited and protected with two-factor authentication.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete or download your data, ask us to stop or limit using it, and withdraw consent at any time (for example by unsubscribing or changing your cookie settings). Email hello@kitmyagent.com and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

7. Children

KitMyAgent is for adults. It isn't aimed at anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

8. Cookies

9. Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and we'll email you about any important change.
