Terms of use
KitMyAgent is a trading name of Design Fly Media Ltd (company number 09608816), 2b Derby Road, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire, LE65 2HE. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
What you get
When you download an agent kit or prompt pack you get a licence to use it for yourself or your business, including editing it. You may not resell, republish or share the kits themselves.
Your agent, your responsibility
Agent kits are instructions for AI systems run by other companies (OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Google and others). You decide how to use your agent and are responsible for what it does. Keep the safety rules on, check its work, and don't use it for anything unlawful, harmful or deceptive.
Not professional advice
Agents can make mistakes. Nothing from KitMyAgent or your agent is legal, financial, tax or medical advice.
Buying downloads
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payments and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.
A download bundle is a set of prepaid downloads of our digital products: a basic agent kit or a prompt pack uses 1 download and an advanced agent kit uses 3, as shown on each item before you download. Downloads never expire, can only be used for KitMyAgent kits and packs, can't be transferred, and have no cash value. Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout, and any sales tax or VAT is added at checkout.
Refunds
See our refund policy. Refunds are paid by Paddle to your original payment method.

Acceptable use
You may not create agents designed to impersonate real people, deceive, spam, harass, or break the rules of the platform you install them on.
Follow your AI provider's rules
Your agent runs on an AI service you choose, such as ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google) or Grok (xAI). You must follow that provider's terms and usage policies, including any rules for AI agents, for example Google's agentic AI guidelines. In particular, don't let your agent hide that it is an AI, get round a website's rules on bots, or create fake clicks, reviews or accounts. Check and approve anything with real consequences yourself before your agent acts, such as payments, signing up to or accepting terms, health, legal or money decisions, and changes that can't easily be undone. Any charges your agent runs up with your AI provider or other services are yours.
