Download or delete your data

Both options are at the bottom of My agents when you're signed in.

• Download my data gives you a file with your account details, download history, purchases and saved agents.
• Delete my account removes your account, downloads and saved agents for good. Unused downloads are lost, so use or refund them first. Payment records are kept for 6 years because UK tax law requires it.

To unsubscribe from the newsletter only, use the link at the bottom of any newsletter email, or untick it in My agents.
